SEZON ART GALLERY
セゾン現代美術館の新たな活動の一環として東京の神宮前に設立したアートスペースです。「芸術の日常性」をテーマに、作品が生まれるアーティストのアトリエ、生まれたものが外界と摩擦を起こす展示・ 販売を行うギャラリー、さらに想像力を膨らます人々の対話の場となるカフェ・ダイニングバーが一体化した空間です。注目のアーティストを迎えた画展やゲスト参加型の企画を開催することで、最新の「コンテンポラリーアート」を紹介し、生の純粋な現代美術を発表していきたいと考えています。また、アートフェア、オークションを通して、将来にわたって新しいアートを担う新進気鋭のアーティストの発掘の場を目指して参ります。
SEZON ART GALLERY
A new initiative from the Sezon Museum of Modern Art, SEZON ART GALLERY is a fresh artspace in vibrant, youthful, Harajuku, Tokyo, where raw, contemporary art can ignite friction with the outside world - a place where art can intersect with daily life. Among our three gallery floors, we offer exhibition spaces where art is introduced and sold into the world, as our audiences are introduced to the power of contemporary art. United with a gourmet café/dining space, our gallery is also a place where our audiences can nourish and delight their bodies as art feeds their imaginations and conversations. We invite featured artists to recieve the public, and we provide a space where the public can freely engage artists. Into the future, through exhibitions, artfairs, and auctions, SEZON ART GALLERY aims to be a space where new artists are uncovered - a launchpad for art and artists who bear the future.
