CAI02は、現代アートの企画展示を開催するとともに、新しい才能の発掘を目指し、私たちは、主な事業として国内外の質の高い作品の販売・企画展示を行うギャラリー運営、アートをベースとした文化事業、若手育成を目的としたアートスクール事業を展開しています。
新たな創造を生むクリエイターの育成とサポート、また、新しい芸術文化を多くの皆様に紹介することを目的として活動しています。

スペースについて
CAI02は札幌の都心部にあるオープンして今年で10年目となる現代美術の企画ギャラリーです。年に１０回程度の国内外のアーティストによる展覧会のほか、北海道内の美術館や文化施設などでのアートイベント、展覧会もプロデュースしています。最近では３年に１度開催される札幌国際芸術祭との連携事業会場にもなっています。また施設内にはカフェも併設しており地元のベテランから若手のアーティストやクリエーター、アート愛好家、美術に限らず様々なジャンルの表現者が集う空間です。

CAI 02 constantly plans and operates contemporary art exhibitions .
Our main business activities are selling high-quality art works of domestic and
foreign artists, operation of gallery and curating exhibitions, providing artistic
cultural programs, and running art school aimed at fostering young artists.
We also aim at developing and supporting creators, as well as introducing new
features of art to many people.
Space
CAI 02 is the contemporary art gallery locating at the center of Sapporo City from
nine years ago. We usually have the exhibitions of domestic and foreign artists
about ten times in the year, and also produce the art events and the exhibitions at
the museums and cultural facilities in Hokkaido. In recent years, CAI02 has been the
place of Sapporo International Art Festival’s collaborative programs, which being
held once each three years. There is also the café inside, where local art leaders,
young artists, creators, art fans and various fields of artists meet each other.
