3331 Arts Chiyoda tenant galleries, based in contemporary art or university/institution affiliated, participate in the 3331 ART FAIR as spaces that have been independently running with their original concepts and managing styles. In the 3F “HIBINO ASATTE” room and the Arts Council Tokyo ROOM 302, visitors will find archives of art projects rarely open to the public.
