Organazing art projects in urban district like shopping building and street since 1980's. Since 2008, managing "ART BASE 88" (as an independent art center) in Fukuoka. Since 2010, producing the WATAGATA Arts Network (Fukuoka Busan art network) with the TOTATOGA in Busan, invited the 5th Fukuoka Asian Triennale as one of the artists.
