Born in 1971, raised in the UAE. In 2000, Hayashi established Loft Work - a new kind of creative service provider with a network of 20,000 registered creators at its nucleus. Loft Work is engaged in over 400 projects annually, including web, business, community and spacial design. Hayashi has published multiple books in her field.
