Born in 1981 in Yoyama. Graudated from Waseda Univeristy, French Literature. Shimabayashi has been involved in art by exhibiting his collection and through "geidaiRAM (Research-based Arts Management)" at Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Film and New Media. Art has priority in his personal life.
