Kei HIRAKURA is an art theorist and an artist. Based on the analysis of perception-action system and the idea of materially embedded-extended thought, his works dedifferentiate analysis of art works and production, through drawings, moving images, lectures/performances and writing. He teaches art and philosophy at Yokohama National University as an associate professor. His recent study focuses on dynamical patterns of human-nonhuman entanglements.
