Born in Yokosuka, Kanagawa. Since 2000, Kondo has been involved in establishing 7 corporations and 18 businesses. While involved in various fields he began his role as an agent, confronting the challenges faced by Japan's creators and artists. In 2013, he began HATCH as an art project in Asakusa. HATCH continues its evolution as an epicenter of art, going beyond established confines to promote promising emerging artists.
