Toyama was born in Tokyo, 1962. He established Smiles Co., Inc. as President in 2000. To date, they have opened "Soup Stock Tokyo", "giraffe" and "PASS THE BATON". Without paying mind to established concepts or industry framework, the company proposes a modern lifestyle under their mandate to "expand on life's values". Toyama has recently published two books on his business model.
