2017年に行った個展 「秘境の東京、そこで生えている」においてメインとなった高さ約1.8メートルの木炭画の幅は現時点で120メートルほどになっています。この作品は切り離されることなく描き続けられていますが、今回はそれと同時にチャレンジを始めたは870ミリ四方の正方形の板を天地左右に増殖させる作品の一部、ヨコ2枚、タテ3枚の合計6枚を出品します。またこのプロジェクトから派生したイタヅ・リトグラフィックによるリトグラフ作品も出品します。

The main piece for Naoki Sato’s solo exhibition held in 2017, “Unexplored Tokyo: There, it has grown”, is a charcoal drawing nearly 1.8 meters tall and at its current stage, 120 meters in length. Naoki Sato has barely been able to separate from this continuous work, but for this occassion, he displays in addition his new ambitious drawings made on 870 milimeter square plywood boards that grow from top to bottom and left to right with 2 horizontal and 3 vertical formats. The artist’s Itazu Litho-Grafik lithograph artworks derived from this project will also be on display.
