2010年3月、新しいアートの形をつくる拠点として旧練成中学校を利用して千代田区外神田の地にオープン。アーティスト主導、民設民営の参画、領域横断のスタイルで、東京と日本各地また東京と東アジアのハブとなる21世紀型のオルタナティブ・アートセンターです。
Opened in March 2010 at the former site of Rensei Junior High School as a base for a new form of art. Independently ran and managed by artists through a multi-disciplinary style, this is a 21st century alternative art center that serves as a hub between Tokyo and regions across Japan, and even between Tokyo and East Asia.
