Runs an artist in residence through a facility located in Fujikawaguchiko with an aim to spread the Japanese method of Mokuhanga (water-based woodblock printmaking) overseas. The program has been gaining attention both domestically and internationally. Introducing artists that practice “Contemporary Mokuhanga”, CfSHE Gallery works to spread and enrich the method. Moreover, the gallery space also holds annual Mokuhanga workshops.
