東京理科大学卒業後、約70ヶ国／地域で事業展開をするグローバル・カンパニーへ入社。
アジアリージョン統括ＨＲマネージャー(シンガポール駐在)として５年に亘り、新興国市場の人材マネジメントを推進。
サステナブルに「個人」と「組織」が最高のパフォーマンスを産む“HR版ＳＤＧｓ”及び、それを実行する”次世代人事部モデル”を経産省メンバーとともに大企業からベンチャー企業幅広い企業群の企業人事、SDGs推進者、人材サービス会社と策定するなど活躍中。

Co-representative of One HR (voluntary organization in HR industry) with about 1,000 HR professionals.

After graduating from Tokyo University of Science, joined a global company that operates in about 70 countries / regions. Asia Regional Headquarter HR Manager (stay in Singapore) to enhance human resource management in emerging markets for 5 years.
He developed “SDGs for HR ” and “Next Generation HR Department Model” with members of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, corporate HR , SDGs promoters, and HR service companies .
