今回の展示の目玉は、「アート・アーカイブって何？」をテーマに、アート＆ソサイエティ研究センターの10年以上にわたる様々なプロジェクトや実践から、近年注目を集めるアート・アーカイブの事例や幅広い可能性を紹介します。また、修復・保存のスペシャリストである「株式会社 資料保存器材」の保存用品の特別展示や、作品や資料保存に関する「よろずご相談」も受け賜りますので気軽にお立ち寄りください。株式会社ブックエンドからはよりすぐりの美術書を展示・販売します。

『東京国立博物館の至宝』「アイ・ウェイウェイ主義』『YUIMA YAMAZATO」『The Art Lover's Guide to Japanese Museum』などの美術書をメインに、創刊28年の環境誌『BIOCITY』など、環境・文化・アート関連の書籍刊行や情報発信を行う出版社です。
Our company is a publisher that mainly publishes art books such as Treasures of the Tokyo National Museum and The Art Lover's Guide to Japanese Museums. In addition, through BIOCITY, Japan's oldest environmental magazine, we make proposals for a sustainable society.
NPO法人アート＆ソサイエティ研究センターは、都市や地域における芸術文化活動が、今日の社会をより豊かに変化させると考えています。 2009年の設立以来、地域社会や人びとに深く関わる国内外の芸術活動を調査・研究・記録し、その国内における芸術実践を支援してきました。アーティストの活動を社会や人びとと結び、その関係性をさらに深化させ、その多様な役割を発信していきたいと考えています。 このような活動を通して、都市や地域の文化的発展と人びとの創造的環境の充実に寄与していくことが、本団体の活動目的です。
Art & Society Research Center, a non-profit organization, believes art and cultural experiences enrich contemporary society. Since our founding in 2009, we have been researching and archiving the arts activities that engage communities and people in Japan as well as abroad. Our mission is to enhence the relation between arts, culture and society, and to disseminate broadly diverse roles of art activities, and further to contribute to the cultural development of cities as well as and communities and enhance the creative environment of the people.
