ギャラリーでの活動以外にも多くのアート・プロジェクトをプロデュース及びキュレーションを手がけている。「日本におけるドイツ年-」(2005)、「フォルクスワーゲン・アートプロジェクト」(2006)、「東京ミッドタウン オープンプロジェクト」(2007)、「COREDO 日本橋」（2009）「第56回ヴェネチア・ビエンナーレ／石田徹也担当(2015)。「釜山ビエンナーレ＜日中韓の前衛＞（日本側担当）」(2016)、韓国国立現代美術館、大邱美術館「生誕100年郭仁植展」(2019)を務めた。作品のアート・コーディネーションとして、「オークウッドレジデンス品川」(2018-19)、「HIYORI HOTEL OSAKA」（2019）等がある。 「作品は展示することで初めて作品になり、社会化する。ギャラリーは“もの”から“作品”へと価値を変換する場所であり、その価値をさらに広げていくのが国際展や美術館での展覧会。ギャラリーはアーティストにとって最初の出発地点であると同時に、世界とつながるtransformation（伝達され、変換される）される場所でもある」。
