視覚・知覚の備忘録としての「メモ」を制作の始点に置く。絵画制作プロセスを誤用し、延長、分割、取消しと修正、繰り返しなど、異なる性質の動きを差し挟む。過去の個人的な記憶の再現とそこから外れていく領域の同居を試み、そこで展開されるものと不自由さとを以て、認識の外側——背景(時空間)の具体性とその作用について想像する。
I put a memo as a memorandum of vision and perception at the beginning of painting. Misuses the painting process and intervenes movements of different nature, such as extension, division, cancellation and correction, and repetition. Attempting to coexist with movements that try to reproduce past memories and movements that try to deviate from them. And with what develops there and inconvenience, I try to imagine the concreteness of the background (space-time) and its effect on things and people.

アキバタマビ21では、幻（イメージ）とその土台との関係を転覆させる試み「超物質的幻 − シュルマテリエルヴィジォンズ」展を企画、出品。絵画を描く時に抽象することと捨象されるもの、絵画に描かれた実態のない像とそれを支える物質との関係性、描かれたものが観る者に作用すること、といった次元を超えた影響関係に意識を向けている。松本の絵画空間のなかでは、絵画制作のこうした一連のプロセスを示すかのように次元の違うものごとが収められており、私たちはそれを追体験することができる。そして直接目には見えなくとも確かに現実と響きあう連環があるということに気づかされるのである。
