Opened in March 2010 as a base for the creation of new forms of art using the former Rensei Junior High School in the Soto-Kanda area of Chiyoda City.
Independently ran by artists through a multi-disciplinary style and serving as a hub for all regions of Japan, Tokyo, and greater East Asia, the space is a model alternative art center for the 21st century.
